Seven themes from the talks and the floor. Each one covers what was said, what it means for a small firm, and one thing to do this month.
Three questions put to [N] firm owners on the show floor, with the answers charted.
Where clients will come from, how to be found when prospects ask an AI assistant, and how to market in a regulated profession.
A week-by-week list of single actions, so the report ends up as work done, not a PDF in a folder.
Why I wrote this
The overwhelming theme of the Digital Accountancy Show was how AI can make your practice more efficient. That's brilliant, but it only matters if the next five big clients turn up.
So this report is about that question. It's built from conversations with [N] accountants, plus the talks and workshops I went to on scaling a practice through good sales and marketing.

So there's no explaining what MTD is, no stock-photo calculator posts, and no marketing that makes your professional body wince. We run social media, paid ads and SEO for firms that are brilliant at what they do but hard to find online.
